Russian bombings left two dead and 12 injured in a holiday camp in the Zaporijjia region in southern Ukraine, authorities announced on Wednesday morning.
“Two people were killed” and 12 others injured, including at least two children, said regional governor Ivan Fedorov, on Telegram.
The Russians made “at least four strikes”, probably with aerial bombs, on this camp around six in the local morning, the governor said.
In the photos, published by the emergency services, we can see bodies on the ground in puddles of blood, and firefighters fighting against fire affecting holiday homes.
“There is a zero military sense in this attack. Only brutality to scare, ”said Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky on social networks.
During the same night, a person was killed and several others injured by Russian bombings on the city of Pokrovsk, one of the epicenter of fighting in eastern Ukraine, the municipal military administration said.
