Lay’s chips, sold in Action, are the subject of a reminder everywhere in France. They contain mineral oils, potentially carcinogenic substances.
Please note, be particularly vigilant if you have planned to have an aperitif. The CONSO CONSO CONSO SITE reported, this Thursday, July 3, the recall of the LAY’s brand chips sold at Action throughout France.
In question, “the presence of mineral oils of non-food origin (Mosh and Moah) at a non-authorized content in the European Union, which could present a health risk in the event of repeated consumption”, it is explained.
These can accumulate in your organs, in particular the liver or the spleen, and damage them. Worse, they can cause cancers, alter your genetic heritage and disturb your hormonal system, according to Foodwatch.

It is a pack of nine packets of Lay’s chips, which was marketed between May 23 and July 2, 2025 in Action stores throughout France.
