Donald Trump’s court conviction is canceled by a court of appeal

A Court of Appeal canceled the conviction for the court pronounced by an American judge against the Trump government in a case of expulsion of migrants to a Salvador prison on Friday.

The decision of a college of three divided judges, established in Washington, cancels the decision of the American district judge James E. Boasberg.

The latter had concluded in April that there was reasonable reasons to condemn the government of President Donald Trump for the court to the court.

Judges Gregory Katsas and Neomi Rao, both appointed by President Trump during his first mandate at the White House, subscribed to the united majority opinion. Judge Cornelia Pillard, appointed by President Barack Obama, expressed his disagreement.

Judge Boasberg had accused Trump government officials of having quickly expelled people from the country before they could challenge their expulsion before the courts, and then deliberately ignored his order to repatriate the planes already in flight.

The republican government denied any violation of this order.
