Forest lights are currently raging in several provinces of Canada.
The British Columbia Forest Fire Service notes that its teams are fighting against more than 70 forest fires in the province, including a particularly intense near the Lytton community, which has led to a state of local emergency and several evacuation orders.
In Yukon, the government of the territory has lifted the evacuation alert for the region surrounding Lake Ethel, located about four hours on the north of Whitehorse.
Despite this change, the forest fire causing the June 24 alert remains out of control.
In Alberta, firefighters continue to combat more than 67 forest fires, 18 of which are declared out of control.
According to the interservices center for Canada forest fires, around 465 forest fires are currently listed as active in the country.
In Quebec, the forest protection company against fire reported no forest fire in intensive protection zone on Wednesday.
