On Monday, on this national holiday day, the peloton was in the Massif Central on the occasion of the 10th stage of the Tour de France 2025. On the roads of Puy-de-DĂ´me, it is the British Simon Yates (Visma-Lease A Bike), who knew how to win thanks to a decisive attack at the start of the ascent of Mont-Dore. It is his third stage victory on the Tour de France, the first during this edition. Thymen Arensman (ineos grenadiers) finished 7 seconds from the winner, ahead of Ben Healy, at 31 seconds. Tadej Pogacar loses his yellow jersey, for the benefit of the Irishman of the EF Easy Post training, for 29 seconds.
