A banker sentenced to abuse and rape against his former employee
The criminal court judged that the victim was not in his normal state. The defendant received 4 years in prison.

A former executive of the Credit Suisse bank was found guilty of sexual acts on a person incapable of discernment and resistance as well as rape, reported the daily newspaper Thursday “Time”. The 50 -year -old was accused by one of her subordinates of having abused her in a hotel, after a watered evening.
During the hearing, the defense tried to convince the judges of the criminal court that, if she was drunk, the complainant knew what she was doing. Without success, the former employee of Credit Suisse having received 4 years in prison with an expulsion of the 5 -year -old territory. Defendants’ lawyers, mes Marc Hassberger and Yaël Hayat, have already indicated that they would call.
