“Maybe not so much demand as that”
At Delhaize, references 365 are, for a part, taken up now under the Delhaize brand. For Laure, 44, who pays attention to what she consumes, the impact is therefore limited: “I eat very balanced, raw supplies that I cook, very few processed products. As a client of Delhaize, so I rarely use the brand 365, on the other hand, yes, I buy products from the Delhaize brand, which I already find very cheap”. She concludes: “I think 365 disappears because the demand is not that important”.
“Chips better than major brands”
At Colruyt, it is a reduction in the Everyday offer that is scheduled, not a complete disappearance. Little twenty, student, Adrien notes: “It’s annoying to lose cheap products, that’s for sure, it helps families, students, all people who want to be careful”. With a smile, he adds: “I especially hope that Colruyt will not delete the Everyday chips because, first, they are cheaper but above all, they are frankly better than major brands”.
“I don’t know which company we go”
By his personal and professional career, Cathy, at the dawn of the fifties, reacts strongly to this redevelopment of the ranges of cheaper products: “I worked 23 years at Cora, I know that it is going badly in distribution, with e-commerce, in particular. But I still wonder to which company we are going, with all the decisions which are made lately, like the limitation of unemployment to two years”. She can only continue: “These white products are cheaper and people need them. If we decrease income and also remove cheap products, there will be breakage. And, in any case, we encourage people to adopt the attitude of” everyone their shit “, it’s sad”.
