The permanence of healthcare facilities (PDSS) is part of the SRS defined by regional health agencies (ARS). It aims to guarantee unscheduled medical care of new hospitalized patients During the night, weekends from Saturday afternoon and public holidays. This organization is based on guards and ones set up by health establishments and insured by practitioners of various specialties.
The PDS registered with the SRS is a mission de service public.
The PDSS scheme applies to activities of Medicine, surgery and obstetrics (MCO)excluding emergency medicine activities and organ transplants (benefiting from specific funding). Rehabilitation medical care and psychiatry also benefit from specific funding.
PDSS only concerns Seniorization of care And does not understand the interior guards. It differs from the continuity of care in that it applies specifically to new patients requiring immediate management Outside normal service opening hours.

This call for applications, aimed at providing the unregulated lines of the PDS regional scheme, is part of The revision of the SRS of June 2025including the PDSS component.
Goals
The regional principles of PDSES have been defined by the revision of the regional health scheme as well as the number of lines subject to unregulated PDS in each health area. Regional appeal lines valid on all health zones have also been defined. It is therefore advisable to consult the tables by zone and regional appeal.

Application conditions and conditions
Applications will be submitted via the Simplified Approach tool (link below). They will have to include:

a presentation of the establishment or bid;

an in -depth description of the candidacy, terms of setting up the line, medical resources and any pooling;

A detailed presentation of the covered area (the health establishment undertakes by default to respond to the entire health zone for the line of PDSS concerned by an organization of the adapted response but can specify the areas which it intends to cover specifically (ZSP, DST) within the collective territorial organization concerted with the other actors);

an assessment of the impact on the supply of care and patients, with follow -up indicators;
