In Nice, a new confidential and intimate rooftop with spectacular view of the Mediterranean

A first Gault & Millau hat

On these circular tables, surrounded by Gracile wrought iron foundations, the chief Damien Andrews, present at The Pérouse Since 2023, deposits his specialties staged in a new kitchen.

Deeply imbued with the 17 years spent alongside Chef Patrick Ringeard, with whom he won a Michelin star twice at Port Palace from Monaco and to Cap Estel In Eze, this young Parisian with distant Scottish roots, takes place his culinary approach. Very local.
