A month after breaking the collarbone, Jonas Abrahamsen won the 11th stage of the Tour de France on Wednesday in Toulouse after a crazy day during which Tadej Pogacar fell into the final, at first glance without gravity.
The Norwegian runner of UNO-X wins, at 29, the most beautiful victory of his career, only one month after breaking the collarbone on June 18 at the Tour of Belgium. He was ahead of his escaped companion, the Swiss Mauro Schmid, during a sprint marked by the intrusion of a spectator on the course, placed as a rugby player by a member of the organization. The final was marked by the fall of Pogacar about five kilometers from the finish. Touching the rear wheel of Tobias Johannesen, the world champion went to the ground before typing the rim of the sidewalk.
