Difficult to be scheduled early at the festival. But the Lej group took up the challenge by betting on its medleys, which the public was waiting for, rather than on its original titles.

François Melillo6 p.m. An hour not easy for artists at the festival. It is still day, the public is starting to arrive and it is far from being in the mood. Wednesday evening, at the summer, it was Lej who stuck there, at this complicated niche.
Do you know? Lucie, Elisa and Juliet made themselves known ten years ago (Waw, already!) Thanks to a concept well to their own, the “Summer”. Two voices, a cello and a compilation of the summer tubes, filmed in front of a well -chosen decor. And it is with the 2015 Summer, 95 million views on Youtube, that Lej enters the big leagues. You cannot have forgotten it:

Too much medley kills the medley?
It is precisely with their 2015 Summer, that the trio opened its concert. They then chained with the Summer 2020, to take us “to the beach with cocktails”. And obviously the sauce took: the atmosphere began to warm up, although timidly at the start. Not enough to scare Elisa, on stage who takes matters into her own hands: “There, basically, get closer!”
After (finally!) An original title, another Summer, then a hip-hop medley. We quickly understand that they will mainly play covers (even if revisited), rather than defend their own songs. A little disappointment, even if we were treated to some exclusives from their future album, scheduled for October 3.
A pogo before saying goodbye
Over the songs, the girls multiply the instruments: Elisa got into drums, Lucie with percussion, Julie goes from cello to bass in the electric violin. To believe that at them three, they can do everything: the concert spins at full speed, and it’s already almost finished. But before taking its bow, the group intends to wake up the crowd one last time: “Are you hot to make a huge pogo?” The public played the game, moving from left to right on the electronic beats of “not the time”. And no excuse for VIPs: “You make at least the flags with your arms,” says Elisa.
After an hour of show, Lej succeeded in his mission and awakened the summer, which will continue his evening with the Empress and Offenbach on the same scene. At the time of the balance sheet, no doubt, the Summers recipe still works. All that remains is to hope that we will be entitled to that of 2026.
He literally returned the scene
After Lej, the public was awake, but there was still a little job. And Julien Granel was able to offer a high concert in “Cooleur”, as he says himself. A cocktail mixing pop, electro, and a touch of madness. The artist literally returned the scene when leaving the platform to mix in the control room where a platinum was waiting for him. A twist who did not surprise those who had already seen him in concert, since the show was very similar to that of last year. But like the Summers, the recipe that works too.
Julien Granel notably made himself known, in 2022, thanks to his “stronger” hit, often used in “the vlogs of August” of Léna situations.
