Since its launch, Windows 11 has given some configurations for some configurations that has bet more on design than on nervousness. With the 25h2 update, Microsoft wants to change the situation. And this time, the giant no longer swears by homemade benchmarks but is based on what the machines really experience. A salutary change of course.

Windows 11 25h2 promises a real performance gain, not just a cosmetic change
This is the back -to -school promise at Microsoft: Windows 11 will finally become more responsive. Not in marketing slides, but in everyday uses. In the next 25h2 version expected for the fall, engineers change methods: they are now tracking the losses of performance at source, directly on tester machines, thanks to a new journalization system.
When a user declares that his system slows down without reason, Windows automatically records a detailed report: current process, requested services, CPU condition. This newspaper remains local, but can be sent to Microsoft via the FEEDBACK HUB tool.
As part of our commitment to improving Windows performance, newspapers are now collected when your PC is slowing down or falling reactivity.
Microsoft invites members of the Windows Insider program to transmit their feedback when they meet unusual slowness on their machine. This approach triggers the automatic collection of diagnostic newspapers by the HUB application of comments. These files, generated locally, allow Redmond teams to identify the origin of performance problems more quickly.
For the system to take them into account, you must classify its return to the section Desktop > System Sluggishness. Note that the newspapers remain stored on the device (in the %Systemroot %\ Tempe \ Diagoutputdir \ WheSVC) and are only transmitted to Microsoft if the user actually decides to submit a return via the HUB.
Windows 11 25h2: a more fluid interface, an express installation, and finally visible gains?
Furthermore, Microsoft promises to optimize system behavior on drivers, animations, taskbar or start menu. The interface should stop breaking, especially when the processor blows a little. An intelligent energy management mode will also calm the CPU frequency in the background, to graze independently.
Small cherry on the kernel: the 25h2 version will be a simple “enablely package” for 24h2 machines. Result: a quick installation, without system upheaval, but with clearly visible effects. The stake? Make Windows 11 a bone that ceases to give the impression that it runs with lead shoes.
