The police of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) were called, around 1:45 p.m., to go to rue de la Rivière (route 104), near Wellington Street.
According to initial information. a vehicle circulating in the direction was found in the opposite path and struck a second vehicle which was circulating in the west.
The driver of the first vehicle. a young man of 19, was transported to the hospital center in critical condition, said Ève Brochu-Joubert, spokesperson for the SQ. The three people who took one dead several injured after place with him in the vehicle were slightly injured.
The death of the passenger in the second vehicle was found on the spot, confirmed the SQ. Its driver was transported to the hospital to treat significant injuries, which do not put his life in danger.
