Diddy asked to be released on bail to escape the difficult conditions of the prison.
P. Diddy mentioned the trying conditions of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn in a new request for liberation under bail.
The rapper’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, submitted a brief letter to judge Arun Subramanian to request the release of Diddy from the center where he has been detained since his arrest in September 2024.
In this letter, obtained by page six, AGINFILO says: “The MDC regularly serves outdated or infested food from maggots. The food infested with asticots that we see in this photo is unfortunately not a rare experience. »»
Mr. Agnifilo also described poor conditions and frequent closures as “exceptional circumstances” justifying the release on bail.
Diddy is currently waiting for his conviction for transport for prostitution, which will be announced in October.
