From his cell which he sometimes calls his “Caves” you that “Hotel room”policeman Florian M., 40, now prosecuted for the murder of Nahel Merzouk, sleeps on paper the thoughts that cross him, a few days after the facts. The adolescent of North African origin was killed in the chest on June 27, 2023 in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine). In his writings, part of which is of a public interest, Florian M. gives his version of the facts, spans the revolts then in progress and reveals the support he received from the police force.
This document, transmitted by the prison administration to the judges who instruct the case, is one of the documents in the investigation which thus sheds light on the personality of Florian M., beyond his declarations during the various hearings, interrogations and expertise.
