In this near future, it became common to own a robot. It is in this context that a family hires Arisa (played by Paulina Andreeva), a new android prototype whose interactions with humans lead her to infringe the famous three laws of Asimov robotics when she weaves an improbable link with a young child.

Since his arrival on Netflix, Better Than Us received elegant criticisms, obtaining 85% of positive opinions on the American criticism aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
