From Brest, the peloton will quickly take the direction of the south of Finistère towards Plougastel-Daoulas then the Faou and Pont de Buis. An intermediate sprint is planned in Châteaulin. The Menez Quelerc’h (3 km at 6.2 %) will be the first difficulty of the day after 50 kilometers of racing, and the most tough of the stage. Next will come the Côte de Locronan (0.8 km at 8.9 %) at km 68.4. The Côte du Chemin de Trohéir (1.1 km at 5.7 %) will be borrowed twice in the final circuit in Quimper.
