A Swiss salary must be enough to live with dignity everywhere in Switzerland
The debate on the minimum wage in Switzerland should not obscure the essential: it is the responsibility of employers to offer decent remuneration.
“A decent salary is not the responsibility of employers.” This was declared in late March the director of the Swiss employers’ union. However, Roland Müller, in front of elected officials in Bern.
This protrusion is part of the political battle aimed at prevailing the collective. In addition, labor conventions (CCT) on the minimum wages that certain cantons have adopted.
