The convicts for the “crimes implying the publication and dissemination of news or information affecting order and security, the crimes of discrimination and speeches of hatred, the crimes of corruption, money laundering, tax evasion, crimes of exchange and movement of capital, counterfeiting of currency, offenders of smuggling, illegal speculation, fraud in the sale of goods, Crimes implying the training of an association of criminals or an organized criminal group, thefts with assault and violence, aggravated thefts, crimes of migrants, drugs related to drugs, district gang crimes, gatherings and incentive to the latter, and certain serious crimes stipulated in the law on penitentiary organization ”are also concerned.
