The Lexus LC is part of the range of vehicles that can be heard little, but which remains present on the market. In 2024, there were 19 sales of this automobile on the Quebec market, which illustrates the low sales volume. For 2026, the vehicle retains most of its achievements by always being offered in a coupe and convertible version. On the other hand, a new limited edition called the inspiration series will be offered.
A limited edition
For 2026, Lexus unveils a new limited edition of its prestige Grand Tourism with the LC Inspiration Series. In the case of the cut variant, the latter will be limited to 200 copies for the North American market, while its convertible counterpart will offer slightly more with 350 copies for the North American market, including 29 for entire Canada.
We also note the arrival of a new paint color called smoked matt gray as well as various aesthetic elements in black and carbon colors. 21 -inch wheels complete the unique appearance that the manufacturer seeks to provide this limited edition. In the case of the convertible version, Lexus mentions the addition of the color called wind, with the existing color palette. This latest convertible version also offers a roof of brown and silver colors, for an appearance, once again, unique.
Continuity
Aside from these changes, the Lexus LC 2026 does not reinvent the wheel. It retains its achievements with a luxury interior with luxury materials, such as leather, Alcantara and still offers different shades, to consumer tastes. Lexus mentions, at the same time, that the 12.3 inch screen for the infotainment system is standard. Another element that the manufacturer keeps in the LC for 2026 is the custom -called option which allows customers to personalize their vehicle on different points, such as fillings, colored layouts, wheels and the roof finish.
V8 on the program
Under the hood of the Lexus LC coupé and convertible of the Inspiration 2026 series, we find the atmospheric V8 engine of 5.0 liters developing 471 horsepower and a torque of 398 pounds. The choice of transmission retained is a 10 -speed direct shift shift shift.
For technical performance data lovers, know that the coupe is slightly faster on the 0 to 100 kilometers/hour sprint. We are talking about 4.4 seconds here, compared to 4.6 seconds for the convertible.
The most recent press release of Lexus Canada does not mention the hybrid engine that was offered in 2025. The latter was twinning a 3.5 -liter V6 engine with an electric motor. According to some information collected online, it is abandoned for 2026.
When writing these lines, the prices for the Lexus LC 2026 Coupé and Cabriolet have not yet been announced. This information will be known in the coming months, when the models arrive on the market.
