Following the strike movement last February of the technician-ne-s in medical radiology (TRM), the Council of State mandated the HFR, in order to conduct discussions with the SSP/TRM delegation for the introduction of the function of “technician-ne Therapist specialized” (TTS).
Begun last March, these meetings made it possible to define the terms of access to the function of technician-ne-s specialized therapist (TTS). The latter-Sè-S must be for the benefit of additional training and assume additional responsibilities, in particular in the field of technical coordination, supervision and support for the operational driving of the teams. The TTS function will concern 28 tRM, or 26% of the TRM of the HFR.
This new system will permanently strengthen the supervision while ensuring a tangible professional recognition for the persons concerned, allowing them to pass a class 17 to a class 18 from the state treatments scale. The 28 positions will be put exclusively in the internal competition, thus aimed at promoting the TRM already in office at the HFR. No new position is created.
The Council of State raises with satisfaction the constructive spirit in which the discussions took place between the parties concerned.
