The Valais SME 56K.Cloud joins the international ACP group platform

56K.Cloud, a cloud specialist based in Sion and Winterthour, joins the international platform of the Austrian group ACP. The latter thus enters the capital of the Zuricho-Valaisanne company. This integration marks an important step in the 30 years of ACP history and opens up many perspectives for 56K.Cloud. With more than 2,500 employees and a cross -border skills platform, ACP is one of the main IT service providers in Central Europe.

“56K.Cloud provides in -depth technical expertise in a dynamic and growing market segment. As an innovative and highly specialized expert in the field of digital transformation, 56K.Cloud will play a central role in our new skill center for cloud services, thus perfectly completing the skills portfolio of our service platform. Together, we can now accelerate our strategic growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and offer our customers full and high quality services, ”says Rainer Kalkbrner, CEO of ACP Group AG.

a win-win situation for the common customer network

For 56K.Cloud, collaboration with the ACP group represents a long -term strategic value. Jean-Pierre Gehrig, CEO of 56K.Cloud, comments: “By associating with the ACP group and thus accessing one of the largest IT skills platforms in Central Europe, 56K.Cloud considerably extends its presence in the DACH region. This will allow us to develop our activities and expand our technical expertise. »»

Darragh Grealish, development director at 56K.Cloud, adds: “The partnership with the ACP group gives us the space and the resources necessary to further deepen our technical excellence. Thanks to our first-rate expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud technologies, we are now able to take care of even larger digital transformation projects, including multi-light and hybrid solutions. »»

Extended services for 56K.Cloud

This strategic merger allows 56K.Cloud to extend its customer support functions, such as sale, while continuing to work to resolve the complex technical challenges of its customers.

Strategic collaboration with the ACP group should also strengthen long -standing technological partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS), ARM, Datadog and Docker. “In the future, we will be able to offer even more complete solutions. This strengthens our position in the digital ecosystem of the Dach region and consolidates our leadership in the native Cloud community. At the same time, our customers will benefit from the established security center (SOC), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as widen assistance teams on the ACP skills platform, “specifies Jean-Pierre Gehrig.

a group that belongs to its employees

The ACP group is 100 % owned by its employees, the property being distributed between 150 employees. This property model guarantees entrepreneurial independence and makes it possible to make decisions focused on sustainable growth and long -term customer relations. “What distinguishes ACP in our eyes is the common conviction that real innovation and sustainable success can only exist when individuals are encouraged to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner,” notes Jean-Pierre Gehrig.

“We are continuing our clear growth trajectory in Switzerland and actively are looking for companies strongly focused on IT and digitization, or suppliers of established computer systems that have already succeeded in this market. What matters most to us is a common state of mind: an entrepreneurial thought, a vision turned towards the future and real partnerships based on mutual respect. What distinguishes us: we are not a big business. Each of our companies works independently, decisions are made locally, while offering our customers access to the entire skill portfolio of the ACP group, “concludes Kalkbrner.
