“There is zero communication”: around 30,000 customers of a large private salary bank for several days due to “dysfunction”: news

Thousands of customers of a famous bank have been victims of a delay in transfers, preventing them from receiving their wages in June. According to information from the Parisian and TF1 Info, the incident, resolved on Friday July 4, concerned around 30,000 people.

A breakdown “Exceptional” Reperculed thousands of LCL bank customers, notably reports TF1 Info. For several days – the incident would have started on June 27 – the transfers of some were not made, including their salary, leaving the customers concerned in distress. Especially since, as our colleagues note, the samples continued to be debited. But what happened?

“No fees linked to this dysfunction will be collected”

TF1 Info contacted LCL, which indicates that the incident, resolved in the morning of this Friday, July 4 with the payment of pending transfers, is due to a “Exceptional dysfunction of the transmission treatment chain”. A dysfunction that would still have concerned, according to Le Parisien, around 30,000 LCL customers. “No fees linked to this dysfunction will be collected”wanted to reassure the bank with TF1 Info.

But for many individuals affected, the wait was long. Many complaints have been issued on social networks, and some deplore a lack of LCL communication. “A bug can happen, there is no worries, but there is zero communication, it is inadmissible”Tancé Franck with the Parisian, a customer concerned, at LCL for 40 years. TF1 Info also specifies that this dysfunction will have made a few happy, since some lucky people have received their salary twice. Of course, this overpayment will be regularized in the coming days.
