The rain is invited this Thursday with possible thunderstorms, while hot weather will still persist in certain sectors even if the mercury will not exceed the threshold of the 30 degrees Celsius in southern Quebec.
The showers will be particularly supported in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean where we expect 30 to 50 millimeters of rain.
In these sectors, mercury will drop drastically to reach maximum temperatures which will oscillate between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius, according to Environment Canada.
In Montreal where the heat warning is still in force, the Federal Agency provides for some day -to -day showers with a risk of thunderstorms in strong winds.
“Although temperatures do not go up above 30 degrees Celsius today, the humidx clues will remain high with values around 35,” said the Federal Agency.
The same scenario is expected in the center of the province with less strong rain unlike sectors a little further north.
The East-du-Québec will not be spared by bad weather which will be accompanied by a few obverse and a drop in temperatures.
The situation is expected to improve on Friday with the return of sunny time without humidex, since temperatures would not exceed 25 degrees Celsius in southern Quebec.
