In fifth position of the worst most poorly rated lines is the Dutch company KLM. Often associated with Air France, it is however one of the oldest aerial lines still active under its original name. With 2/5 in reliability or 2.15/5 in customer reviews, it is very far from the standards of the best companies, depending on the study.
The British low-cost company Easyjet occupies the 4th position of the classification (2.68/5). Founded in 1995, it obtained the worst note in terms of customer satisfaction (2.03/5). But its average reliability and compensation notes (3/5) allow it to avoid the podium of the worst airlines.
Ryanair and Vueling penalized by customer dissatisfaction
Very well known in the low-cost airline sector, Ryanair has the third worst note of companies with 2.58/5. The Irish giant finds himself penalized by his notes in terms of compensation and positive customer reviews.
In terms of customer dissatisfaction, the Spanish firm, based in Barcelona, Vueling is damn leaded. Added to this is a defective compensation, resulting in a relatively low overall average note with 2.52/5. However, this is not the worst airline.
