What was this event during the festival?

A dozen people with false blood dripping on their immaculate white t-shirt made its appearance at 6 p.m. this Friday, June 20, 2025, at the entrance to the Hellfest site, 2^e Festival day.

This man, then aged 18, had killed, in 1992, to 37 stab wounds and kicks a gay man. He served his sentence (14 years in prison, reduced to 11).

“It’s not tolerable”

We denounce the fact that the Hellfest has programmed a drummer who killed a homosexual person and who has never expressed remorse, that puts us angry to see the festival highlighting aggressors. We are annoyed to see the organizers put devices against discrimination, but alongside that, to program aggressive artists. It is contradictory. I don’t think the gay community will feel comfortable tomorrow night before a person who has killed a homosexual.

25 minutes instead of 38 minutes

This same association towed the Clisson station yesterday and continued this action in front of the entrance to the Helflest.

The demonstration had to last 38 minutes to mark the occasion. But the security services ordered them to shorten 25 minutes.

No clashes or communicative support were committed apart from a finger of honor of a festivals.

Questioned after this event, Hellfest Production did not wish to react.
