Do you Questions concerning the policies of the chief of military personnel (CPM) on subjects such as benefits. Consequently, health, or careers, that experts in your unit are unable to answer? The Administrative Response Center (CRA) is at your disposal to help you.

The CRA answers questions concerning CPM policies that affect the members of the FAC. by collaborating with policies of policies to provide clear, prompt and complete information on remuneration and social benefits, careers, health, instruction, dress, honorary distinctions and rewards, as well as other related policies relating to the CPM authority.

FAC members. veterans, and family members are invited to communicate directly with CRA, but should first seek assistance with their unit and offices of first responsibility (BPR) and/or administrative response center available answer their chain of command.

The CRA works in close collaboration with CPM policies for:

  • Support the members of the FAC. their families, including the command channels, the PM1/Adjuc of the unit, the ARH, the ASF, the chaplains and the staff selection officers from other local BPRs;
  • Identify the problems related to erroneous interpretation, inadequate application, gaps and divergences in existing CPM staff by seeking and monitoring requests;
  • Report to BPR policies key questions of personnel policy affecting the members of the FAC;
  • Use observations to support the working groups on policies; And
  • Use the data collected from requests to provide analyzes and perspectives on current CPM policies.

The CRA staff is seasoned. committed and dedicated – responding to an average of more than 2,800 requests per year and having recently responded to its 15,000th request since the infringement of the initial operational capacity in 2019!

  1. The CRA does not replace experts on local matter such as reports, complaints offices, health services units, chaplains or staff selection officers;

  3. The CRA cannot rule on policies, grievances or other requests requiring an official decision, nor on the policies for which the CPM is not the functional authority;
  4. CRA cannot provide procedural advice or assistance (eg, balance systems (SSRR Frég SSRR), Claimsx, Guardian SGRH); And
  5. CRA cannot provide information concerning other active processes (eg, administrative exams, harassment surveys or legal proceedings, collective appeal).

In order to quickly solve the problems. CRA encourages all administrative response center available answer the staff to familiarize themselves with the CPM policies concerned and to consult the BPRs of their unit as well as their chain of command before requesting clarification.
