They are presented this Thursday, June 26 on an investigating judge of the specialized interregional court (JRIRS) in Marseille after 96 hours in police custody. Information is revealed by Bfmtv.
One of them, Sofian T., barely 25, has a mention on his criminal record for acts of drug trafficking dating back to 2020.
A source close to the investigation tells our colleagues that Sofian T. would keep silent in police custody and would not answer questions from the military.
The shooting, which occurred around 4:30 am, had killed two dead (the bride and one assailant) and three seriously injured, including the husband.
Four individuals would have been part of the armed commando and two of them had been arrested shortly after the facts at Joucas, located about ten kilometers from Goult. The fourth and last alleged member of the commando, still alive, is on the run and is still wanted.
An investigation into murder and attempted murder in an organized gang is underway.
