Dressco announces that Anton Eser will be appointed director of investments and member of the Dresso management committee, as of September 1, 2025. He will succeed Mark Van der Kroft, who will retire on October 1, 2025.
With more than 25 years of experience, Anton Eser brings its expertise in the global financial markets. He worked 13 years at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where he was appointed director of investments in 2016. As part of this function, he played an essential role in the transformation of LGIM, a company centered on the United Kingdom, in a world asset manager with more than $ 1500 billion in management. He led an investment team of 350 people covering investment solutions focused on indexes, the active management bond, international shares, as well as multi-active solutions. He also carried out for LGIM the ESG integration in the various investment teams and greatly contributed to the development of the range of Future World funds.
Since 2021, Anton Eser has held the position of investment director at 10x investments, a rapidly growing fintech specializing in multi-active solutions for the South African market. At the start of his career, he specialized in the global bond markets both as an investor and as a team leader. Anton Eser began his career in the bond field at Aegon UK before joining LGIM in 2006, where he launched and directed investment activity in global credit. In 2013, he was appointed co -responsible for the Global Division Fixed Income, assuming responsibility for supervising a wide range of strategies and many teams in the field of the bond.

Mark van der Kroft has been exercising the function of investment director at Robeco since 2020 and has been working in the company since 2000.
