Finally. in “the same way fight against social fraud: here that the Ministry of the Economy imposes traffickers on the quantities of drugs entered, we too will tax them more,” announces Catherine Vautrin. The text would thus increase the CSG (generalized social contribution) perceived as an illicit activity with a rate at 45 %.

Today, for a worried trafficker, with “illicit income worth 100,000 euros, social security can only recover 9,200 euros for the CSG”. “With a 45 %rate, we will recover 45,000 euros”.
