Crime Story tells the big criminal affairs every week.
“The child was taken in circumstances that suggest the police that he is imminent in danger of serious bodily injuries and/or death,” the authorities wrote in a first press release.
But “as the investigation progressed, the police identified inconsistencies in the story of the father’s events and in the chronology he provided,” said a state police report relayed by ABC News. “At this point, nothing indicates that an abduction took place and there is no threat to the public,” he added.
The investigation, taken up by the Sheriff’s Bureau of the County of Warren, is still lessons. The causes of Melina’s death were not revealed. The authorities also did not specify if the father had been arrested.
