Some players are eligible for wage arbitration this year in the NHL.
And of the lot, there is Jayden Struble.
The Canadian player will be technically The last to pass a referee … but he might not have to go through the process either.

In fact, Struble and CH can still be understood before August 3 on the terms of a new agreement.
And at this level, Marco d’Amico affirms in a tweet that he is “very” likely that Struble does not have to pass a referee in order to sign his next contract.
The file is on the Kent Hughes table and an ad could be done in the coming days too.
Because on August 3, it still comes quite quickly …
The Montreal Canadiens have their arbitration audience with Jayden Struble scheduled for the 3rd of August.
Itās *very* likely that the Canadiens come to terms with Struble prior to that date.

Jayden Struble is unable to ask for the moon.
We are talking after all a guy who seeks to still see his place as a regular defender in the formation of the Montreal Canadian, he who was left out a few times in the last season.
The left-hander even went for a tour of the American League (for packaging purposes) in January because Martin St-Louis was unable to give him a post in his defensive brigade.
He was becoming a problem in Montreal … and the Canadian considered it useful to send him to Laval so that he was able to play a little.
This is why in my eyes, the discussions between Struble and CH should not be super complicated either.
Kent Hughes knows the value of his defender and Strust must accept the fact that he has not yet proven that he is able to help the Canadian evening after evening.
The file remains to be followed, therefore.

– Nice story.
In 2022, Anthony Allain-SamakƩ left his team, the Sport-Studies program as well as the Outaouais hockey structure after being the victim of racism from his own teammates. This important decision has literally changed his life. #NHL https://t.co/OFnH0StXhK
