More than 3000 people killed in Haiti since the start of the year, according to the UN

The report. The UN indicates in its report that the expansion of territorial control of gangs represents a major risk of spreading violence and increased transnational trafficking in weapons and people, “likely to cause significant destabilization for countries in the Caribbean sub-region”.
