A man was indicted and imprisoned in Paris on Friday for association of criminal criminals, suspected of having projected a jihadist attack, learned AFP on Friday from judicial sources and close to the file, confirming information from the Midi Dispatch.
The judicial source confirmed the indictment of a man for association of terrorist criminals for the preparation of one or more crimes of damage to people, and his placement in pre -trial detention.
According to the source close to the file, this man is affiliated with the jihadist sphere, and was placed in police custody within the framework of a judicial information already opened at the anti -terrorist pole of the judicial court of Paris.
His two lawyers, appearing in the article of the regional daily, did not respond immediately to AFP.
According to the Midi dispatch, the suspect is a 20-year-old Franco-Algerian, from the Toulouse region, who would have considered an attack “against Jews and disbelievers”.
He would have been relieved and monitored by the DGSI (inner intelligence), and this from the containment due to the epidemic of COVID-19, for his usual consultation of radical videos.
The suspect would present a psychiatric history, according to La Dépêche du Midi, like a young woman aged 15 who would also have been indicted in this file in mid-June, also from the Toulouse region.
It was his arrest that would have allowed investigators to put themselves on the man’s track, still according to the regional daily.
