“At this stage of the procedure, the interested party is presumed innocent,” said the prosecution. “The investigation continues. It is of the interest of all that it can take place in all serenity, based on proven facts and away from any untimely rumor.”
“The charge allows access to the file to the accused person, but it is also justified by the fact that there are guilt indices, these are facts concerning a single minor,” said Vincent Macq, prosecutor of the King of Mons-Tournai, recalling that the file has started from an anonymous denunciation.
