A complaint in particular for the misappropriation of public goods was sent to the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) by the AC Association !! Anticorruption, in order to obtain the centralization of recent financial procedures concerning the National Rally (RN), announced on Wednesday July 30, his lawyer Jérôme Karsenti.
The complaint, consulted by AFP, was filed against X for the embezzlement of public goods, favoritism, illegal taking of interests as well as complicity and concealment of these offenses. “The purpose of this complaint is to demonstrate the systemic character of the diversion of the law to increase the richness of the RN and allow by all means to access power, including with illegal means”Jérôme Karsenti commented to AFP.

In his complaint, AC !! Anticorruption denounces, among other things, the responsibility of billionaire Pierre-Édouard Sterin, of Marine Le Pen, former president of the RN and deputy, Jordan Bardella, Stéphane Ravier, senator and candidate in Marseille in 2020 and Thierry Mariani, candidate for regional in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur in 2021.

The RN targeted by several complaints
