The nursery school employee suspected of rape and sexual assault on nine children in the Hérault department denies the facts alleged against her and denounced during her police custody a “conspiracy of the town hall”.
The nursery school employee accused of aggravated rape and aggravated sexual assault on several children from a Vic-la-Gardiole school in Hérault, denounced during her two police custody since early July a “conspiracy of the town hall, organized against her”, learned BFMTV from a source close to the file.
On July 4, the employee was placed for the first time police custody following two complaints filed by two families. Police custody lasted a few hours before being lifted.
The investigation then continued “in all discretion,” said a source close to the file, and the employee was placed a second time in police custody on July 28.
During her two hearings, she denied all of the facts accused.

Judicial information was opened on July 29 at the Montpellier judicial court, for rapes on minors aged 15 and sexual assault on minors aged 15 per person with authority. The investigation was entrusted to the search brigade of the gendarmerie of Castelnau-le-Lez.
According to our information, the facts are likely to have been committed on children of small kindergarten section, at the time of naps and in the toilet.
