For its second day, the strike of air controllers in France still has repercussions on links with Switzerland. A total of 19 flights from the Swiss company were canceled Friday for Paris, Nice, Marseille and Montpellier.
Between Thursday and Friday, Swiss canceled 40 flights in total, wrote the airline on Friday. The strike also concerns Swiss flights at destination and from Spain, which leads to delays.

Over 4,500 passengers affected in Switzerland
For the subsidiary of Lufthansa, the strike impacted more than 4,500 passengers for which it found individual solutions on other flights.
At Air France, four flights to Paris were affected, said Zurich airport. It is recommended that the passengers concerned to learn from their company on their reservation.
The end of the movement scheduled for Saturday
If this strike must, in principle end on Saturday 6 a.m., disturbances will probably still wait until tomorrow morning.
According to the Minister of French Transport Philippe Tabarot, this movement causes millions of euros to airlines. “We must realize that between yesterday and today, 272 people in France impact the well-being of more than 500,000 people.”
