The ziplines arrive in Grounded 2, it is confirmed by the G2 early access roadmap

The Roadmap of Grounded 2 confirms the return of the ziplines for the summer of 2026. Early access is already available, with lots of updates and new features already planned.

Grounded 2 is officially available in early access and fans of the first opus have been saved on it as soon as it was released. The first Grounded already had a good commual, and it feels with this suite. The players relaunched themselves in the garden to see what Obsidian added to their small world of survival.

According to the first feedback and opinions, this sequel is enormous. Larger world, more advanced systems, more complex mechanics. It is clear that Obsidian wants to go even further with Grounded 2. But there was something of the first game that was clearly missing: the Tyrolens.

Grounded 2 officially entered early access on July 30, 2025 on PC, Xbox Series X | S and Xbox Game Pass. As often with this kind of outing, there were some problems of perf. But hey, this is a bit of the purpose of early access: to improve the game thanks to the feedback from players. And it allows the commission to go hand in hand to make the game even better.
