As the Federal Authority for Foundations Surveillance said (ESA), The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation in Geneva will have to be dissolved. This foundation has been criticized since its installation in Switzerland.

According to the ESA manager, Nils Güggi, the Geneva antenna would not have fulfilled several obligations: “She no longer has a member of the founding board domiciled in Switzerland, does not have a Swiss bank account, has no valid address and no revision body.” A period of 30 days still runs, during which possible creditors can appear.

The RTS investigation team has come back further: A renowned Geneva lawyer had been convinced by international partners to offer an address and a representation to the Foundation in Switzerland. It was his name, as well as those of two foreign businessmen, who allowed the registration of the foundation to the Geneva trade register at the start of the year. After the publication of an article in time, the lawyer resigned. He explained to the RTS that he had discovered information that he had not received beforehand, and which go against his values.

The NGO Trial International filed two denunciations with Swiss authorities to shed light on the activities of the Foundation. She criticizes that an organization accused of violations of international humanitarian law has its headquarters in the very city of the Geneva conventions. On the ground, in Gaza, the aid distributions of the foundation carried out under the control of American mercenaries and the Israeli army cause many dead.
