It is not always enough to compare insurance on the sole criterion of their cost. A new study reveals which insurance most satisfies their customers the most.
Each year, the online comparator comparis probe the satisfaction of the Swiss towards their insurance. Result: consumer preferences do not change much … except perhaps on the side of mortgages.
Methodololgia
Insurance is noted with these criteria:
1) The value for money.
2) Quality and service.
3) Communication and transparency.
4) Contact points and exchanges.
Global satisfaction with companies is also evaluated
The best sickness insurance
Ex-aequo, Aquilana, Helsana, Swica and Ökk share the first place of satisfaction for basic insurance, with a note of 5.1. All win a money label, no insurer. Assura obtains the last place with an overall note of 4.7.
The best auto insurance
For auto insurance, the movable confirms its domination with a note of 5.3. It is followed by the Vaudoise and Smile (5,2), then a peloton of insurers (Axa, Allianz, Baseloise, Generali, TCS, Zurich) noted at 5.1. Note that the movable comes first in all the criteria analyzed.
The best Household and RC insurance
Same observation for household inventory insurance and private civil liability: movable keeps its first place with a note of 5.3. Axa, Allianz, Helvetia, Vaudoise and Smile follow with 5.1. Here again, the movable is distinguished in all dimensions: service, clarity of communication, customer exchanges.
The best hyotian establishments
The cantonal banks are widely pulled out of the game. It is now the cantonal bank of Basel-Campagne which takes the lead in the mortgage ranking, followed by the Cantonal Bank of Argovie and the Bernese cantonal bank. Last year, the Raiffeisen and the Cantonal Bank of Saint-Gall received the palm. This year, UBS closes the classification with the worst note.
