A chocolate flash 862.9 meters long. This is the world record set in Friborg last weekend and recorded by the Guinness World Records, reports the RTS.
It is a major challenge that has been met by apprentices, people with disabilities, families or even volunteers. Faced with a judge who came to note the work in order to officially establish the world record, the participants also wanted to put the theme of inclusion on the spotlight.
Profits donated to an association
To create this giant pastry, it took 450 kilos of cabbage dough. The majority of the necessary ingredients were provided by local producers. The preparation started on Saturday very early on Saturday in the Friborg Center shopping center.
Important point: the Guinness World Records does not admit food losses. From then on, meters of chocolate flash had already been sold before its realization and the organizers then distributed the rest to the public during the day. The funds raised will be donated to an association which works in favor of the inclusion of people with disabilities in sport.
