The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) got their hands on Thursday morning on dynamite sticks during an important search linked to the drug of drugs, in Portneuf.
The police searched two residences located in Saint-Raymond and Saint-Léonard-de-Portneuf. At this second address, located on the main street, they found the explosives in addition to arresting a 37 -year -old man.

The 30 -year -old will face the counts in terms of explosives. “Other arrests could follow,” said the SQ through a press release.

This police operation was carried out as part of a survey started in February 2025 in collaboration with the Quebec and Lévis police services.
On March 27, the SQ had a descent into a cache of weapons from the Blood Family Mafia (BFM) Located on the rank of Saint-Joseph, in Saint-Basile, also in Portneuf.

The provincial police body confirms that Thursday’s offensive is linked to this previous operation as well as two other interventions of the genre carried out in Lévis and Sainte-Claire, in boiler-appalaches, last May.
