The 1st Criminal Court of Criminal Law recalls in passing that the sticker must be stuck directly on the vehicle before borrowing a highway. that it cannot be transmitted to another machine. In addition. it is no longer valid if it has been detached from the vehicle after being stuck properly or if it has been removed from its support without being stuck directly.

In the present case, the appellant, in a way, “demonetized” the sticker when he gave it back to his car. The whole question is now to determine if he has acted intentionally in all conscience of the illegality we do not pick up of. his act.
